Elliot is the general manager of the Visual Computing Software Division in Intel's Software and Services Group. VCSD delivers programs and software products to enhance the visual computing capabilities of the Intel platforms. This includes software that helps ISVs utilize the innovative capabilities of our platforms for graphics and video utilizing our CPUs and graphics components; and programs that accelerate the time to market for our newest platforms.

Previously, Elliot was the general manager of the Developer Relations Division, providing programs and services to assist software companies gain maximum value from Intel platforms.

Elliot joined Intel in 1988 and has held management positions in processor and platform architecture, new product planning and application engineering. He holds 15 patents relating to microprocessor system design.
