Do you have an integrated LAN adapter (LAN down)?
If the answer is yes, see your system or motherboard manufacturer for drivers and technical support information. If you are using an Intel® Desktop Board, technical support is available on the Intel Desktop Board support pages.

Do you have a LAN adapter card (PCI card)?
