Intel® Viiv™ Processor Technology End of interactive support announcement

Dear Intel® Viiv™ Processor Technology software customer,

Intel is announcing the end of interactive support for the following products:

Intel® Quick Resume Technology driver
Intel® Viiv™ Technology Media server
Intel® Viiv™ Processor Technology
Intel® Viiv™ Technology Zone
Intel® Viiv Entertainment Pass

This means that Intel will no longer provide interactive support for thsese products
via telephone or email. Technical support information will continue to be available on the web.
Intel will maintain information for the technology on our Support Web site.

This update reflects only the software and services component of Intel Viiv Processor Technology. If you have an Intel® Desktop board with Intel® Viiv™ Processor Technology that is still under warranty please see the Intel® Desktop Boards and see the Warranty Information Page.

This end-of-interactive support (EOIS) notification is effective August 17, 2009.
