Intel® IT Director communicates with others by using WMI or WCF Protocol. Due to no WMI account created by default installation in non-vPro™ platform computers, therefore Intel® IT Director can not monitor the non-vPro™ platform computer. But Intel® IT Director provides a configuration tool which can be used in non-vPro™ platform computers and after configuration, those systems can be monitored by Intel® IT Director.
Please refer Intel® IT Director User Guide on how to use the Intel® IT Director configuration tool to monitor the clients on non-vPro™ platform computers.
