Please check User Guide to get the elementary hardware and software requirement for Intel® IT Director installation. Furthermore, there are some dependencies on hardware and software for Intel® IT Director work proper:

1. Make sure all clients have unique UUID. Pls. contact Intel customer services or your vendor if you don’t know how to get the UUID information in your system.
2. Make sure the system time are synchronized within 5 minutes and system date are the same for each client.
3. Make sure TCP Port 17000 is not blocked on each client.
